Podiatrists diagnose and treat conditions of the foot & ankle. Some podiatrists will perform routine foot care services such as nail trimming. This may be billed through insurance or it may be billed to you. That is up to the individual podiatry practice. We are here as a choice for delivering routine, gentle foot care services. We will make recommendations for further medical attention if we encounter anything that is beyond our scope of practice.

"Throughout my years in nursing, I have consistently observed a significant gap in routine foot care services for seniors. Many patients suffered from painful, untrimmed toenails, with no one available to provide proper care. I firmly believe that numerous complications could have been prevented with regular nail maintenance and appropriately fitted footwear." ~Kristi RN
